Caleb Gruber

Caleb Gruber is an aspiring lighting designer at Scotch Plains Fanwood High School, where he’s building a strong foundation in theater while constantly expanding his skills. Recently, he participated in the Studio School of Design’s Lighting Design Workshop, learning from professionals like Clifton Taylor and Mark Stanley. He’s also collaborated with other industry designers, including Cat J. Cusick, James Mosser, and Christian Confalone. 


Caleb’s passion shines in projects like Finding Nemo Jr. with the TMS Players and The Addams Family at SPFHS, where he brought his design talents and technical skills to the stage. As the house electrician at Scotch Plains Fanwood High School, Caleb plays a key role in lighting design for many productions at the school’s reparatory theater. His growing portfolio reflects his commitment to learning and improving, setting him on a promising path in the industry.
